If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are strictly prohibited from using the Website and our services. Your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

By accessing or using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Our Services are not directed to or intended for individuals under 18.
• You have the full legal power, capacity, and authority to enter into this binding agreement.
• You are not located in a country subject to applicable government embargoes or designated as a restricted/sanctioned territory.
• You will not use our services for any unlawful purpose, including violating applicable laws or third-party platform regulations.

3. Account Registration & Security

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and restrict unauthorized access to your account/device.
• Immediately notify us of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account.

WARNING

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice or refund if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or exhibit abusive behavior toward our staff or community.

4. Prohibited Activities

You expressly agree not to engage in any of the following unauthorized actions:

• Misuse & Sharing: Sharing, reselling, renting, leasing, sub-licensing, or distributing your account or product license keys.
• Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling, analyzing, cracking, or modifying any of our software binaries or backend APIs.
• Fraudulent Activities: Using stolen payment methods, submitting false payment information, or initiating fraudulent chargebacks/disputes.
• Harassment & Abuse: Harassing, threatening, defaming, or abusing our staff, moderators, or community members across Discord or any other channel.
• Automation & Scraping: Utilizing bots, web scrapers, spiders, or automated scripts to interact with our Website or store.

Violation of any of these rules will result in an immediate, permanent ban and license revocation with no eligibility for a refund.

5. Products, Licensing & Usage

• License Grant: Upon purchase, ValexScript grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal license to use the purchased digital software in accordance with these Terms.
• Single-User & HWID Policy: Each license key is bound to a single user and locked to the authorized hardware/device (HWID) limit specified in the product description. License sharing or multi-user access is strictly prohibited.
• Modifications & Updates: We reserve the right to update, modify, patch, or discontinue any product, feature, or service at any time without prior notice (e.g., updates for game patches, compatibility fixes, or anti-cheat adjustments).

6. Purchases, Payments & Pricing

• All prices are listed in the specified currency on the Website and exclude applicable local taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are securely handled by trusted third-party payment gateways; we do not store full credit card numbers or banking data.
• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or flag any order suspected of fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
• By completing an order, you authorize ValexScript and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method.

7. No Guarantee & Assumption of Risk

• Detection & Compatibility: Digital software operates in dynamic environments. We do not guarantee that our products will remain undetected by third-party anti-cheat systems indefinitely, operate without interruptions, or be compatible with every operating system or hardware setup.
• Service Uptime: Maintenance, network updates, and third-party dependencies may cause temporary downtime. Downtime compensation is not guaranteed.
• Assumption of Risk: You explicitly acknowledge and assume all risks associated with using our software, including but not limited to temporary suspensions, account bans, or hardware restrictions imposed by third-party game publishers or platforms. ValexScript bears no liability for any actions taken by third-party game developers or publishers.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials on the Website—including brand assets, logos, software binaries, source code, visual designs, and documentation—are the exclusive intellectual property of ValexScript or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VALEXSCRIPT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FULLY SECURE SERVICE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL VALEXSCRIPT, ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, IN-GAME ACCOUNTS, OR GAME BANS RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO VALEXSCRIPT FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ValexScript, its officers, operators, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and legal fees arising out of: (a) your use or misuse of our Services; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights or game publisher agreements.
